Amanda Healy studied all genres of dance before discovering her passion for acro and contortion. Growing up, she won many regional and national titles as a competitive acrobat. While attending Fairleigh Dickinson University, she was a highly sought-after acrobatic and contortion instructor. Amanda has over ten years of acrobatic teaching experience and is certified by Acrobatic Arts, Alixa Flexibility, and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT). Her students have been very successful in competitions, and working in the industry. Her teaching style encourages growth and motivation while building strength and mental confidence. We welcome Amanda back to DANJ as she is visiting from her home base in Based in St. Petersburg, Florida.
