- Class Times:
- Age 7-9: 6:30-7:30pm
- Age 9-12: 4:30-5:30pm
- Age 13&Over: 5:30-6:30pm
- Dancers attending Summer Tech Intensive
- If enrolling in acro, your class is based on your level.

- Summer Tech Level 2 (4:30-6:30pm) => Summer Acro 6:30-7:30pm
- Summer Tech Level 3 (5:30-7:30pm) => Summer Acro 4:30-5:30pm
- Summer Tech Level 4 (6:30-9:00pm) => Summer Acro 5:30-6:30pm

Faculty
Juliana Belar was a Division I gymnast at the University of New Hampshire where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She also served as an assistant coach, helping lead the Wildcats to a conference championship and qualifying for the NCAA tournament. Juliana was named a Scholastic All-American three times. She earned her master’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio where she served as an Assistant Women’s Gymnastics Coach for the Division I gymnastics program. Juliana has extensive experience coaching and choreographing for gymnastics clubs and as the tumbling and acrobatics coach for competitive dance teams and recreational dancers.

- Tumbling I - No prerequisite skills. Minimum age 2 1/2.
- Tumbling II - No prerequisite skills. Minimum age 4.
- Tumbling III - No prerequisite skills. Minimum age 5.
- Acro Level 1 - No prerequisite skills. Minimum age 6.
- Acro Level 2 - Backbend, Good Cartwheel, One-handed Cartwheel.
- Acro Level 3 - Backbend, Kick-over without assistance.
- Acro Level 4 - Front and Back Walk-overs Mastered; Working on Back Handspring.
- Acro Level 5 - Back Handspring; Ariels without assistance.
- Acro Level 6 - Tucks; Layouts; Front Ariel.
