Tuition

The tuition amounts above apply to each student. However, if a family has more than one student enrolled and the total number of class hours such family's students are enrolled in is 6 or less, the tuition will be based on the total hours of all such students (i.e., treated as one student for tuition purposes). Any class up to one hour (i.e., 45 or 60 minute classes) is treated as one class hour. Master Classes, Bootcamps, and the Summer Academy have separate tuition schedules. There are additional charges for children participating in the recital, further described below under "Additional Information."

Payment Plans

  • 9-Payment Plan - The school year tuition will be billed in nine installments. The first of nine payments is due at registration. The remaining tuition will be billed on the 15th of every month, starting October 15th and running thru May 15th.
  • 3-Payment Plan - The school year tuition will be billed in three (3) installments with the first payment due at registration, the second payment due 11/1 and the third payment due 1/1. The first installment of the 3-payment plan must be paid with registration and, in any case, on or before September 15th. If not paid by September 15th, tuition will revert to the 9 payment plan amounts and schedule. The 3-payment plan requires that you do not have any unpaid charges (i.e., your total balance must be zero after paying your initial tuition).
  • 1-Payment Plan - The full school year tuition must be paid with registration and, in any case, on or before September 15th. If not paid by September 15th, your tuition will revert to the 9 payment plan amounts and schedule. The 1-payment plan requires that you do not have any unpaid charges (i.e., your total balance must be zero after paying your initial tuition).

Additional Information

  • Additional Charges - For each child participating in the annual recital, there will be a $110 charge for each costume, and a $125 charge for the recital ticket package (which includes 2 tickets, the recital show videos and a commemorative T-Shirt for 1 dancer). An additional $15 will be added to the recital ticket package for each additional child. These additional charge amounts are for the 2022-23 school year (please check with the office for current-year charges).
  • Tuition is non-refundable - Tuition for the period that a student is enrolled in classes will not be refunded under any conditions unless there is a valid medical reason provided by the dancer's doctor in advance.
  • Missed Classes / Make Ups - Any classes missed due to illness or inclement weather can be made up by contacting the office and taking a make up class, if one is available (make up classes may only be taken in comparable classes, and only at the same or lower skill level), no later than four weeks from the missed class. There will be no credits or refunds for missed classes. Make up classes may not be available for a number of reasons, including: (i) there may not be comparable classes (i.e., classes at a similar skill/maturity level) available or any comparable classes may be full (i.e., not have enough space to add another dancer).
  • Withdrawing from Classes - If you decide to withdraw from class(es), you must notify the studio business manager in advance.
  • Late Charges -- Accounts outstanding past the applicable due date will be assessed a late fee as follows (i) $5.00 per month on any amounts late that are less than one thousand dollars and, in addition, $4 per month on amounts over $1,000 in increments of $4 per $1,000, or portion thereof. For example, a late fee of $5 per month would be due on $25 past due; a late fee of $9 per month would be due on $1,100 past due; and a late fee of $13 per month will be due on $2,100 past due.
